1. Overproduction and early production producing over customer orders, producing unordered materials / goods.

   a) Process cycle time data is recorded with every unit built. Cycle times are archived down to the time between torques or scans within a station or work cell; or from completion of one station to the start of the subsequent station.
3. Transportation handling more than once, delays in moving materials, unnecessary moving or handling.
