The Critical Component Validation (CCV) module matches the component to be installed to the bill of materials of the unit under production. If the component is valid, installation is approved. Otherwise, the operator is notified of the discrepancy, the process or machine is halted, and the incident is logged to the database.

The component information is unit-specific, managed automatically by the unit’s model number and can be linked electronically to your bill of materials.
