ProductionWare integrates all of its functions to deliver a powerful, versatile system.  The heart-and-soul of the system is a central database housed with accurate, timely data and capable of delivering the information you need where you need it and when you need it.

The ProductionWare modules feed production information to the database in real-time or reference data already logged for system, product or process analysis.  The modules are classified into three families:

Production Controller Modules

Production Controller is the engine that drives your plant floor production processes and collects your production data in real-time.  These modules are process-specific and are designed to enhance the performance of specific production operations.

Line Manager Modules

Line Manager is the Windows-based administration engine for your system.   Built to Microsoft development standards, it offers a powerful tool for managing your plant floor production processes on the plant floor and/or remotely in an office environment.

Information Manager Modules

Information Manager is your tool for product and process improvement.  It leverages the system's relational database that houses your accurate, real-time production data and turns those data into useful reporting and analysis tools.
