Product Verification

The Product Verification module is an inspection station to verify defects or problems visually. An inspector is given a checklist of items to verify before the product passes the inspection. All the inspection criteria and results are logged and stored with the production data for each unit.

Example Inspection Checklist:

Verify 4 screws in mounting assembly

Inspect unit lid for scratches

Verify that console color matches base color

Verify ground wire is soldered securely

Verify that unit documentation is present
